If you or your child is a U13–U19 player and you’re interested in being considered for future opportunities with our Academy, please complete the form below. Submitting this information allows our staff to be aware of your player and, when appropriate, observe them in their current environment or consider them for future events such as Open Trials or Academy ID Centers.
While we receive many submissions and cannot respond to each individually, every form is reviewed and helps us track players across our region who may align with our developmental approach.
*Homestay Family Request
In the questionnaire, you’ll be asked whether your player may need a homestay family. A homestay family provides housing and support for Academy players who live outside the local area and are unable to relocate on their own.
Homestay placements are limited and typically reserved for players who are offered a roster spot and live beyond commuting distance.
