WHERE CAN I BUY A myCITY+ MEMBERSHIP?
You can purchase directly through the CITY App.
HOW MUCH DOES myCITY+ COST?
Just $49 a year (plus tax) gets you in on all the action.
HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?
Your membership is good for one year from the date of purchase and auto-renews annually unless canceled.
DOES myCITY+ AUTO-RENEW?
Yes! myCITY+ renews automatically each year, so you never miss a beat. We’ll send you a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date.

I’M A SEASON TICKET MEMBER. AM I A MEMBER?
Yes! Season Ticket Members receive a free myCITY+ membership every year—no payment required! Just sync your membership in the CITY App to activate your benefits for the first time.
I’M A TOGETHER CREDIT UNION CITY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD HOLDER. AM I A MEMBER?
Yes! Together Credit Union debit and credit cardholders get a free lifetime membership to myCITY+. Just add your Together CU card as a payment method in the CITY Wallet, and you’ll be prompted to start your membership!
CAN I EARN CASHBACK WITH myCITY+?
Yes! Get 10% cashback on all retail and concession purchases made through the CITY App at participating locations inside Energizer Park. Cashback applies only to the portion of your purchase paid with your credit/debit card—cashback rewards cannot be used to earn additional cashback.
WHERE CAN I USE THE CITY CASHBACK I EARN?
Your myCITY+ savings apply at CITY’s official retail stores and concession stands inside Energizer Park, including CITY Pavilion, CITY Goods, and all retail & concession locations. From t-shirts to t-ravs, we’ve got you covered!
AM I ON THE SEASON TICKET WAITLIST WHEN I JOIN myCITY+?
Yes! Your spot on the waitlist is based on when you signed up, your engagement with the club, and the type of tickets you’re interested in.
WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF IT’S MY TURN TO PURCHASE SEASON TICKETS?
myCITY+ members will start receiving notifications as early as late summer of the upcoming season, depending on availability. Members will be contacted via the email linked to their myCITY+ account as spots open up.
HOW DO I CHECK MY myCITY+ STATUS?
Quick and easy—view your membership details anytime in the CITY App:
Menu > Settings > myCITY+
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFO?
Stay up to date! Update your payment method in the CITY App:
Menu > Settings > myCITY+ > Manage Payment Method
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
We’ll send you an email reminder to update your payment method. If you don’t update within 30 days, your membership will be canceled.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY myCITY+ MEMBERSHIP?
Not ready to renew? No problem. Manage your membership in the CITY App:
Menu > Settings > myCITY+ > Manage Auto-Renewal
Your perks will continue until the end of your current term.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL?
No refunds, but you’ll still enjoy all your benefits until your membership term ends.
